# Pricing for your whole firm

Pay for the people who do the work. Each preparer gets a seat. Individual returns come with the seat, as many as you file. Business returns, books and forms are priced by the job. Want to see it first? [Try the platform](/try?for=tax) with a sample client.

## What you pay for
Your firm has one license. Each preparer takes a seat. Each business, trust or estate return has a set price. Each client whose books you keep has a monthly price. Each 1099 or W-2 has a set price. So does each court accounting. A CPA who also plans can add an Advisory seat.

## The whole office comes with each seat
Each seat comes with the CRM, the client portal and app, e-sign, billing and workflows. Calls, texts, emails and meetings land in one record on their own. Client papers are read for you. Your records are kept and easy to find. Office staff get their own admin sign-in. Clients get their own sign-in too.

## AI use is part of the price
AI use is in your plan, up to a set amount each month for the whole firm. Every seat shares it. You get a note when the firm gets close. Your firm chooses if AI use past that amount goes on. If you say no, AI work stops until the next month. Use you do not need does not carry over.

## Your first month has no seat charge
Use your first month as a trial. For that month, you pay no seat or license charges. Usage and outside charges still count from day one. A person on our team sets up the month with you after you talk with us. Bring a few real clients and see how fast the work goes.

## Outside charges pass through
Some things cost money outside the platform. Card fees, mailed letters and text fees are a few. They pass through at cost and show on your bill. Your own Microsoft 365, Zoom or DocuSign stays under your own deal with them.

## See it before you buy
Open a sample client now, with no sign-in. See the return, the books and the filings in one place. Then put in your work email to try the live workspace. [Try the platform](/try?for=tax), or [talk with us](/contact) about your firm's price.
